- C — The Vancouver Police Department has agreed to investigate the incident, that started when officers responded to reports of gunshots being fired from a residence in Clyde River. When police are involved in a civilian’s death it’s standard practice to bring in a third-party investigator.
- A — Masks were mandatory in the hospital from July 22 until July 28 when the Health Department announced the order was lifted.
- C — The Inuksuk II is actually the largest Canadian-owned fishing vessel, and is owned and operated by Baffin Fisheries.
- B — Virginia Mearns of Iqaluit was selected by the prime minister to fill the Arctic ambassador role that’s being revived after it was eliminated as a cost-cutting measure by the Stephen Harper government in 2006.
- B — Six containers remain submerged, and hold products ranging from beer and food to toilets and floorboards, company CEO Daniel Dagenais told Nunatsiaq News.
