Okay, so you nailed the performative bit, but what do you actually do about bullying?
Yes. I see many of these people actually engaging with children actively to discourage bullying. They speak kindly. It works.
The schools do nothing about bullying. There is no punishment for bullying. They do not teach consequences anymore.
There are children who get severe anxiety and are scared to go to school because of bullying. Teachers and policy makers who allow this stuff to happen should be ashamed of themselves.
